Yea, i had that problem before. mainly is due to calf muscle tightness. better massage it more, esp after running. For myself, that lump went away after being massaged. But you hv to endure the pain.
Rest when it's painful. you need it.

我好明白你既感受, 我當時痛咗一,兩個月, 初初都係休下, 但無用, 之後睇過pt, 佢幫我針了幾針, 立即唔痛 (堅架). 但一跑開又痛, 我當時係最初起步好痛, 跑跑下又ok, 但跑完又超痛. 之後有人介紹去咗massage, 佢幫我好用力按, 要忍痛, 按多兩次之後, 跑都唔痛,依家大約半年啦, 都無事. 之後知道自己痛既原因係肌肉太緊, 其實好小事, 但平時拉根又好難啦拉個個位.
你好番之後, 要多d calf muscle同每次跑完要大大力按calf muscle.整鬆佢

我係去普通腳底按摩個d店lor, 好睇師傅手勢, 你最好問下你身邊既跑友, 睇下有無好介紹.
