Even the cycling path is not safe for these cyclist to speed riding. If they wish to ride fast, better do it on highway. Coz the cycling paths are too narrow and having pedestrian (even without runners) from time to time.
Riding too fast on cycling path should be warned too coz they're endanger their own lives or others.

I support 把單車徑改為康體徑^.^
手球和足球 is totally different with running and cycling! Coz U could not play both handball & football on the same ground.
