Make sure you go to see doctor regarding your problems ar!  

Also, next time before you run, try stretch your hamstrings and the archiles tendons.  It will decrease your chance getting cramps in those areas.

Sorry to hear that!  

Was it like a tingling and numbness sensation?  Physiotherapy doesn't really help in this situation.  You know what, it is always good to see a doctor who is also a runner himself/herself.  Besides sports medicine, may be you can try seeing a chiropractor.  I don't think it has anything to do with orthopedic.  More like nerves problem.

Sorry, I wish I can type Chinese characters.
