Is it around 1/3 above your ankle? inner side? I had it before!
It looks like a shin splint!
It is an overuse injury. Usually it goes away when you rest, but shows up again when you run again..
You need to rest, ice, strengthen and stretch it! It took me 2-3 weeks to get rid of it completely!
(compare: if you only rest and ice, it will happen again very fast) |
