Like others said, make sure you have enough rest/sleep next time before you start your training session.  As weather getting warmer and warmer, make sure you drink enough too.  If the conditions remain the same even you rest up enough, you need to go see your doctor and check it out, probably need some blood work done.  Good luck, my thoughts.
