Actually I don't feel any warm and redness on that area.
perhaps it is potential injury and I need to seek ways to stop it developing as a major injury. I will try those stuff you've mentioned later.
Good to hear that. Try massage the area a few time everyday. Use the thumb and press down onto the area and rub it in a circular motion. You should feel better in a few days.
