    Post-rest pain occurs after a long period of rest,such as after walking in the morning or prolonged sitting. A sharp painis felt that usually subsides after being on the affected foot forapproximately ten minutes allowing the fascia has warmed up.

    Stretches specifically for the plantar fascia
    • When you are sitting with your legs stretched out, keep your kneestraight and place a belt or towel around the sole of your foot andpull your foot back towards your head.
    • In a standing position, facing a wall, place your heel on theground close to the skirting board with your toes on the wall tostretch the sole of your foot.
    • Stand on the edge of a step, on the balls of your feet only, andlower your heels down until you feel a stretch in the sole of your foot.
    • Calf stretch: stand facing a wall with the leg to be stretchedbehind you, knee straight, and the other leg in front of you with theknee slightly bent. Move your hips forward until you can feel a stretchin the calf.

    1. 試下用熱溫水浸腳, 一日三次, 一個week自然會好. 因我都係.
    2. 普通冬青油, 不用揉, 只 才查 .

    師兄, 不如你睡覺前先用左腳同右腳"搓包剪揼"...约5~10分鍾, 然後企直,用自身體重...脚板壓按着綱球,先在痛的部份前後來回用力一点搓按...跟着打圈按(我自己是分開前掌, 中掌 & 後掌/踭; 順時針(右腳) & 返時針(左脚)方向...又各约5~10分鍾。宜家起牀腳板揪少咗, 希望你啱使啦!



    ps. 消炎軟膏--->醫生回答: "外用嘅...咪side錢la, 無用架! 按摩軟膏買平平地祖國既"東青軟膏"就得la"~~

    你似乎是'跟膜炎', 聽說你要'全部'鞋都有吸震功能, 慢慢自然會好番.
    我都超過半年都未好番晒, 不過我都幾輕微, 起床唔好痛.
