係就好啦, 打水戰一定"就"著跑想快都幾難, 不過尼個三折點既賽道, 我怕跑到一半會好混亂.

其實係全平路黎的，但可能多左D Turning Point，但個人覺得問題也不大。

the humidity is high today and I feel hard to breath after 5K, I can only finished at 54" and poor than my expectation

nice to meet with blurmax before the race and hope you have a good result

Nice to meet U too.  I finished the race in 54 mins too.

Just completed the 10 Km race in the hot and humid weather in a pretty slow time of 54 mins.

Moreover I woke up at 0300 hrs to watch the Netherland soccer making me very sleepy during the race. I fail to speed up even for the 1st Km.

I still manage to overtake a gal runner in the final 100 metres anyway.

It's nice to meet so many friends today including Bhoova and his friend, CHIN, Oldster, Sai Leung, Alex and others.

Another nice race held by Marathon Pro.

今日又熱又濕，好難跑！！頭5K巳經幾吃力，用盡自己既意志先才能完成賽事！

各位C兄, 今日真係好多人玩, 天公造美, 只係陰天有霧, 跑左一陣仲有太陽, 唯一美中不足係濕度高又有D悶熱, 不過往往冇咁Perfect. 唔落雨已經幾好, 跑大埔身為地頭蟲, 條路邊度加速, 邊度回氣, 都一清二楚, 加上主辦單位選擇係正吐露港起步, 路平且闊, 好多跑手都能闊步向前, 起碼唔洗塞人, 聽聞好多跑手今日都PB, 好多C兄都超水準, 睇番成績介乎35'至37'也有13位C兄, 頭2名著名跑手更做34', 可想而之幾多勁人. 自己keep既時間:
第1K: 3'38"
第2K: 3'39"
第3K: 3'53"
第4K: 3'44"
第5K: 4'03"
第6K: 3'57"
第7K: 4'02"
第8K: 4'00"
第9K: 3'55"
第10K: 3'49"
Total: 38'2X"收工.
