趾甲流膿

繼血尿後再次係呢度報到!!!

呢次係趾甲流膿，係黃金海岸15k尾段落長命斜後出事。應該係冇剪短趾甲緣故。

今日負傷跑 asics 10k，完全發揮唔到，跑完腳趾積存大量血水行路都好辛苦...

依家每日隔一排都要自己用牙簽挑起趾甲少許d血水都會滲出黎，但仍未乾，長挑長有!!!

聽晚睇醫生希望幫到我。

雖然已報左好多比賽，趾甲未好番都唔可以再跑

想請教各位Ching Ctse 有冇類似經驗?要幾耐先好番?

Hi ~

Not quite sure what you got?  Blood or pus?  If it is blood, it will heal up by itself in a few weeks, just stop running for a short awhile.  BUT if it is pus, it means you got an infection, better go see doctor.  Good luck!

係賽事急落斜，趾公頂住鞋頭重要用好大力去減速。

賽後趾甲當堂瘀晒。

以前都試過整到1/4趾甲瘀黑，唔理佢自己好番。

呢次嚴重好多，好在放到膿出黎，否則積得多會甩甲。

anyway, 我都會睇睇醫生希望有藥可以快d埋口。

試過甲溝炎，同你的症狀好相似，醫生比隻藥膏clindamyein，
但最後係用幾蚊的碘酒攪掂，比個醫生賺左

Clindamycin is an antibiotic.  You can also try using half strength hydrogen peroxide (H202).  That is 50% of H202 + 50% of saline or sterile water to cleanse the wound.   All can be purchased at a drug store.

醫生話副甲好大機會會甩 ，但好少事。

如果甩左，我一定keep 住留念同提醒自己跑前要剪趾甲。

lvrunner, I found that most of the contact lens disinfecting solutions contain hydrogen peroxide too, but don't know the percentage. Would it have the same disinfecting result as your self prepare ...

Hi Carly ~

I doubt that the strength of H2O2 from contact lens sol'n is as strong as the half strength H2O2.  50% to 50% is actually at a 1:1 ratio.  If you pour 20cc of H2O2 you will also have to pour out 20cc of saline or sterile water to make it 50 to 50 or 1 to 1.  Some people like using full strength 100% H202 but if the wound is deep enough, it really stings!!

Hi ~  I think there is a little misunderstanding here.  When I said full strength, I meant 100% from the bottle without being diluted first.  I think [3%] H2O2 sol'n is what people can buy in drug store.  In hospital, we use a higher concentration [>3%] strength to treat patients.  I hope I am not confusing you.   

Anyway, I am not sure about using contact lens solution to cleanse wounds.  I guess you could if there is nothing else in the sol'n but just H2O2.

Oh, you are welcome. Because of its oxidation effect, H2O2 has been used as an antiseptic and antimicrobial agents for many many years.  It is more cheaper to buy than other OTC (over the counter) antiseptic solutions and is still used by many hospitals, doctors and dentists offices.
