This happens to many runners including me, you are not the only one. For me, it stopped since I moved down to the states. The reason is when you run, you increase your metabolic rate which is assiciated with exercise. This in turn causes the mucous membrane (internal skin) inside your nose and sinuses to produce more mucous (nasal discharge ~ runny nose) than when you are not exercising. To some runners, it is a pain in the a$$, but on the other hand it does help you to soak up all the dust and dirt particles while inhaling so they don't end up in your lungs. BUT it will cause nasal obstruction if too much nasal discharge. Hope this helps to answer your question.
Unless it is rhinitis (鼻炎) ~ an infection and inflammation of the internal skin inside the nose, othewise there is really nothing much you can do to prevent it.
Sorry, I don't know how to say or type it in Chinese words.
