腳甲分離

跑步後,發現自己雙腳的全部腳甲漸漸從兩邊開分離,如何解決和預防?
每次修剪平後,腳甲又分離更入.唔想無曬腳甲

小妹右手既中指都係咁... 已經好多年啦...
隻手甲仲響度.... 暫時無大影響所以無理佢

我覺得佢自己分開的..未必關對鞋/跑步事

全部腳指甲?d腳指甲有無發黑呀!如果又無黑無痛可能係d黴菌感染,灰甲似wo!

Hi Mark ~

When the toenail displays this type of characteristic, it is from some kind of trauma to the nail matrix  (the portion of nail where the nail plate cells are born).  In your case, the trauma is "running".  Is it turning purple colour too?  There is really nothing much you can do about it, it is just the way your toenails are formed anatomically.  Unless the damage was done to the actual nail bed, the layer of the nail plate cells that rest on the nail bed should remain tightly adhered.  Other suggestion is to stop running for awhile and let the nail grows back out first.  Hope this helps.

我應該不是灰甲,腳甲沒有變色,腳甲只是越生越入,有預防方法
