I'd joined Sheung Mun 10K. I ran 55' this time , need improvement

Just completed the captioned race in 1 hr 28 mins+ in the morning today.
Despite I am a slow runner, it's still a slow completion time to me.
I felt my legs pretty heavy after about 10 K and had to walk most of the upward steps.
It's my PB of this race and was 6 mins slower than last year.
Still enjoyed the race anyway.

P.S.  Upstairs, completing a 10 K race in 55 mins is OK lah.

Ok la! Total 342 runners. I like the location coz there had KCRC station next to it. Very easy to go there
