HI there, I usually run at 6:00 to 8:00 / 9:00 Sat or Sun morning from Sheung Tak, then the hospital , then oil station then, Tseung Kwan O Tuen, Fire station, TKO 2nd School, Hau Tak Tuen, then go down to TKO Industial area then back to Sheung Tak, it may need about 1.5 to 2 hours. But there is not many runner, for one reason it is too early and the other is that there is less people run in industrial area. but it is calm and less people. it is good to practise the steep road from 清水灣半島 to industrial areas and back.
