tn你好,我有小小的意見。你的最好時間是二小時四十二分,在香港可能是top的一group, 但在US or World 來說,是很低水平(對不起,得罪了),所以不應用職業跑手的訓練方式(如在比賽前日40k長課),可能你有能力作這樣的的訓練,但到比賽時跑不到好時間。我看過幾個教練的文章,長跑成績不能跳級上。
我見到你的相片,年紀應不大,應有很大進步空間,希望你找到合適自己訓練方法。如你純粹enjoy跑步,這便沒所謂。
(我可能有所偏面,因不知你全面訓練方法,只知你比賽前跑40k)
