昨天朝早2km親子跑後,全日便陰雨連綿,沒法再補做RR,於是今周便改改內容,先來一課變速跑.
氣溫暴跌下,第一輪心率完全跑唔入zone,要不停加速;至第二輪才見好轉,最關注的zone3b速度沒有跌速,但在這氣溫下也難以作準.
但無可否認,這次肌肉力量算是跟得上,明天的tempo再試試.
而新鞋也完全融入了...真的要和舊的sayonara說聲再見,可惜沒和你跑過馬仔. |
