Kopo兄,3:30對我來說是今年的目標,但回看半年來的練習都末能跟隨program進行,便心中有數了。好像昨晚應該跑6 x 1.2k interval,但我只跑了9.6k slow run 便收工了。今年自已的心理狀態很不穩定,每每為自已找藉口停跑或減量,突別是速度的訓練。
希望能3:40左右完成。
