20/11 - 400m interval with 200m recovery jog x 10
呢晚沙田運動場好熱鬧,我諗有成三四十人練跑﹙唔係緩步跑,兩個跑會再加其他跑手﹚,好好氣氛!
今晚係調整,基本上都係衝下刺激下身體…功課係400m快200m慢,10-16sets,我就梗係跑10set喇!全程自己跑,都叫做keep到均速…
