呢個係我既pacing(只供參考):
easy: 6:2x(石地), 5:5x(跑場)
tempo(long interval): 5:1x(石地), 4:5x(跑場)
max vo2(shorter interval): 4:4x(石地), 4:2x(跑場)
longrun: 6:2x至7:1x(石地), 5:5x至6:3x(跑場)
速跑(無氧): 4:0x(跑場), 4:2x(石地)
馬拉松步伐: 5:0x(跑場), 5:3x(石地) |
