澳門馬拉松訓練踏入最後階段,最後兩星期都應該作賽前準備,狀態好明顯比訓練初期大幅提升,可惜長課訓練未如理想,基於現時身體方面唔算太辛苦,決定最後兩星期都會走多兩次20km長課,以順利連接澳門馬拉松後下一輪訓練。 |
