完左頭兩個階段訓練,原來都有一個禮拜跑到接近80km,本來應該至少跑左1次30km長課,只係天氣太熱未能兌現,而家天氣轉涼,澳門全馬前仲有6個禮拜練習,到時有望將狀態提升,而接落黎第三階段訓練會參加綠色半馬比賽,到時評估澳門全馬成績同埋澳門全馬之後點練。 |
