聽講腹部痛 應該係呼吸過強橫膈膜引起. 留意你自己既呼吸是否太急速或不平衡. 如果吾係 應該係適應問題. 跑多d 會冇事 . 而鼻吸口呼我多數用長課時限制自己速度過快, 而跑interval 既速度應該比10 K 時的速度更快的, 所以用回口呼吸會好些.
I agree with that. Just breathing through the nose can cause hyperventilation which ends up retaining more carbon dioxide inside your body, not good at all. When running, your heart rates go up and thus sending a signal to your brain which in turns sending a signal back to you calling you for more air to satify the body's need for oxygen. You can get a lot more air breathing through the mouth. The opening in the back of your throat is almost ten times larger than those two little tiny holes in your nose. I would breathe through my ears too if it worked . Afterall, more oxygen means less oxygen debt and less lactic acid built up which means stronger and well oxygenated muscles during a run. |
